Learning and the Brain

I found this site interesting on learning and the brain. It is a series of videos that breaks learning and the brain into small learnable bites. I like that it breaks the learning into different aspects of learning. It starts with the history how scientist learned how the brain actually controls the body, then went into different learning activities of the brain. One of the videos speaks to how we actually learn, it is not just putting information in we actually have to have the information we are putting in and how it pertains to our minds. One profound learning was that “we need to slow down, unplug and focus on one thing to learn”. I really found this style of learning to be very palpable.
